Why leaders are still looking after trying everything else.

Every alternative has a ceiling. Here's what each one gives you — and where it stops.

YouTube / DIY

Free, infinite content. You can learn almost anything — if you already know what to look for and have the discipline to learn it alone.

No structure, no accountability, no one to tell you what actually matters for a business like yours.

Udemy / LinkedIn Learning

A course exists. It covers the basics well. You'll complete it alone, with generic examples, and no one to help when it doesn't translate to your situation.

Course authors — not operators running their own business with these tools. No peers, no accountability, no application to your actual work.

University exec ed

Prestigious. Structured. Delivered by academics with deep theoretical knowledge — but not by practitioners who use this in their own business every day.

Theory-heavy, case-study learning. Often costs £10,000–£30,000+. No money-back guarantee. Not built around your real business problems.

Claude Bootcamp

Run by Andy and Toby, who use these exact tools in their own business every single day. Everything you learn is applied to your actual work — not hypothetical cases.

8 places. 8 weeks. Practitioner-led, peer-cohort accountability, applied to your real business. Full refund if you don't feel real value after 4 sessions.

Questions

The things people always ask.

What if I can't make a live session?

All sessions are recorded and the recording is shared within 24 hours. The async content is designed to stand alone. That said, the live sessions are where the real work happens — showing up consistently is the difference between getting the most out of the programme and getting some of it. You'll also miss the direct input from Andy and Toby on your specific situation.

How much time does this actually take each week?

2–2.5 hours per week. One live session (60–90 minutes on Google Meet). The async content takes around 30–45 minutes — a short piece of reading or video, and a task you'll apply to your own business. There's no homework for the sake of it. Everything you do goes directly into your work.

Do I need a Claude account? Is that an extra cost?

Yes — you'll need a Claude Pro account, currently £18/month. We'll tell you exactly what to set up before the programme starts. It's the only tool you'll need to buy. Everything else is provided.

I've barely used Claude. Will I keep up?

Yes. The programme starts from the beginning — but moves fast. We've built it for leaders who are time-poor and sceptical, not for early adopters who want to geek out on the tools. You won't be the only person in the cohort who hasn't used it much before. Being new to it is often an advantage — you haven't picked up any bad habits yet.

Will this be relevant to my industry?

The programme is deliberately industry-agnostic. The tools, the thinking, and the process work whether you're in professional services, manufacturing, property, or anywhere else. one participant resolved a £16,000 legal dispute in week 1 — that wasn't on any syllabus. It was the result of applying the programme's thinking to his specific situation. That's what week 1 is designed to unlock.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you don't feel real value after the first four sessions, we'll refund you in full. No forms, no conditions — you just tell us. We've never had to honour it, but the offer is genuine. We don't want your money if we haven't earned it.
