Who we are.
A partnership of two people whose careers have been spent at the intersection of strategy and execution. We don't subcontract. We don't send associates. You get us.
Two decades across tier-one consultancies, startups and scale-ups, including BCG Digital Ventures, Capco and 10x Banking. Today he's CEO of an established business he acquired and is taking through its own AI transformation in real time, so he knows what it takes to make change stick at scale.
Eighteen years leading product across startups, banks and fintechs, including Allica Bank and Equals Money Group. Gets deep into the customer and business problem, then designs solutions that work for both tech and people. Comfortable across the whole organisation, from engineering and compliance to sales and go-to-market, and hands-on with AI.
Why we started this.
Between us, we've spent the best part of two decades each building things: products from zero to one, teams, and change programmes across startups, scale-ups, consultancies and large organisations. We come at it from different angles, but we've landed on the same conviction: in any major technology shift, the technology is rarely the hard part. The human side is. AI is the biggest shift either of us will work through, and too often it gets handed to the IT team or the risk team, as if it's just a tooling problem. It isn't.
We've both watched the same thing play out more times than we'd like. A consultancy arrives with a deck. Six months later there's a strategy document, a handful of pilots that never scaled, and a team no more capable than when they started. The invoices get paid, but the capability never turns up, because the deck was treated as the deliverable. Slides and a big final playback are just moments. The actual work happens in between, with the people who have to live with whatever gets left behind.
