Flagship · Phase 0 → Phase 1+ · everyone starts at Phase 0

How a company moves with us.

Two phases. The first aligns and activates in two weeks. The second ships capability, cycle by cycle, until you're self-sufficient. Everyone starts with Phase 0.

Phase 0 · start here

2 weeks · from £5,000

Align + activate + roadmap

Phase 1+

8-week cycles · from £20,000

Build & ship capability

Phase 0 · in depth

Two weeks to clarity.

Three workshops, one playback, one costed 90-day plan. Built around our proprietary DOTS framework.

  1. Half-day · leadership team

    Executive DOTS.

Half-day with your leadership team: Dream / Obstacles / Triage / Sequence. We map your AI surface, expose the blockers, and sequence what to tackle first.

  2. Wider function · 10–40 people

    Team activation.

Wider function session. The work moves from leadership decision into team adoption, so the people who'll run it understand where it's going before it arrives.

  3. Costed 90-day roadmap

    Strategy playback.

We integrate the outputs and present the costed 90-day roadmap. Phase 1 scope agreed, or not. Either way, you leave with a plan you can defend.

01

90-day roadmap

Costed, sequenced, owned by your team.

02

Use cases evaluated

Highest-leverage first build, with success metrics.

03

Aligned leadership

One story, told the same way across the C-suite.

04

Activated team

A department that already knows what's coming.

What Phase 0 produces

A roadmap you can defend.

What we do with it next is Phase 1+.

Phase 1+ · in depth

Eight-week cycles. One capability at a time.

Once the roadmap is signed off, sequential 8-week cycles deliver against it. Each cycle ships a real capability your team owns.

Stream 01 · People

Train your operators.

2–4 internal builders gain hands-on capability across the cycle. They run it next time, no dependency on us.

Stream 02 · Process

Change the rituals.

New workflows embedded, not appended. The capability sticks because the process changes around it, not just the tools.

Stream 03 · Product

Ship the thing.

A production-ready AI capability: owned, instrumented, demonstrably valuable. Not a prototype. Something that runs.

Honest about fit

For companies who want to build capability, not just buy a strategy deck.

Right fit if you…

  • Have a leadership team willing to spend 4 sessions over 2 weeks.
  • Believe AI capability is a building exercise, not a procurement one.
  • Want internal operators trained, not external dependency.
  • Operate in a regulated environment (legal, private equity, manufacturing) where AI has to be adopted deliberately and accountably, not recklessly.
  • Are comfortable being challenged on what's actually slowing you down.

Probably not for you if you…

  • Want a slide deck to take to the board, not a working capability.
  • Need to outsource AI ownership long-term.
  • Aren't able to commit leadership time in the first fortnight.
Questions

Asked at week 2, week 8, and week 16.

  • Can we skip Phase 0?

No. Phase 0 is the diagnostic that makes everything else accurate. Without it, Phase 1 is built on assumptions, ours or yours. The two weeks are the fastest way to stop wasting time on the wrong things. Every engagement starts here.

  • How firm is the £5,000 price?

It's the floor for a standard engagement: leadership team of up to 10, one site, no significant travel. For larger organisations, multi-site or international scope, the price reflects the complexity. We'll scope it precisely before you commit to anything.

  • What's the '+' in Phase 1+?

The number of cycles is determined by your roadmap, not a pre-packaged scope. Some organisations need two cycles. Some need six. The '+' means we run as many as your roadmap calls for, and stop when you're self-sufficient, not when a contract runs out.

  • Can we run cycles in parallel?

Not typically. Sequential cycles are the model by design: each one builds internal capability that the next one depends on. Running two simultaneously means splitting founder attention and slowing down the people-development that makes the work stick. We'll tell you honestly if there's a case for parallel tracks.

  • Who owns the IP?

You do. Everything built during the engagement (the systems, the prompts, the workflows, the trained operators) belongs to you from day one. That's not a nice-to-have. It's the point. We leave nothing that requires us to keep the lights on.

  • What happens after the last cycle?

Most clients taper to a light monthly advisory: senior judgement on tap, without a delivery team embedded. Some close out entirely: their internal operators are running it and they don't need us. Either outcome is a success, and we'll tell you which one we think you're heading toward before the final cycle begins.
