What does this cost for, say, 8 leaders?
It's a base plus per-head: £14,000 for up to 8 people, then £2,000 per person above that, to a maximum of 12, so a team of 8 is £14,000 (about £1,750 per person), all +VAT. Tell us your group size and we'll confirm the exact figure.

How is this different from Company Enablement, when both work with our leaders?
The most common confusion, so thank you for naming it. Company Enablement moves your whole business: it starts by aligning leadership but its job is to activate the wider team and ship capability across the org, cycle by cycle. This is narrower and deeper: it builds the AI capability of your leadership group itself. Rule of thumb: Company Enablement for org-wide change; this for upskilling your leaders specifically.

What's the difference between this and a one-off workshop?
A workshop is one good day; capability doesn't stick from one afternoon. This is eight weeks of bi-weekly half-days where your team applies DOTS to your real context and builds a shared way of working: you leave with a team-level artefact and aligned leadership, not just notes. If you do want a single high-impact session, that's our Talks & Events leadership offsite.

Entirely. We come to you, on-site, and the work runs on your real priorities and confidential context, not a generic curriculum. DOTS is the engine; what goes through it is your business.

What if it's not working, is there a guarantee?
Yes: no value, no payment. You get two full sessions and the resources are yours to keep; if it's not for you, stop before the third and you owe nothing. Beyond that there's no lock-in.
