Eight weeks of AI in a room of your peers.
A cohort led by senior operators, for senior leaders who'd rather lead the AI conversation than be led by it. Non-competing companies. Four hours a week. Eight weeks. One shipped artefact.
A room of senior leaders, vetted to be non-competing.
12 places, 12 industries.
No two cohort members from competing companies. Vetted at application.
Director+ / function owner.
Real decision authority. AI is on your plate, not your team's.
4 hrs / week. 8 weeks.
Light pre-work. No certificate. A shipped artefact by week 8.
Three phases. Eight weeks. One shipped artefact.
-
Week 0 · PREP
Pre-cohort interview.
1:1 with a founder. Context-gathering and cohort-fit confirmation.
-
Weeks 1–8 · SESSIONS
Weekly working sessions.
DOTS applied to each leader's context. Peer accountability. Senior-led teaching, not associates.
-
Weeks 6–8 · EMBED
Ship + share.
Each leader ships a real artefact and presents it to the cohort.
Four outcomes. None of them a certificate.
Personal AI operating model
How you actually use AI in your role: tested against your own context.
A shipped artefact
By week 8 you've built something real with AI in your own workflow.
A peer network
Eleven senior leaders, vetted non-competing, who you can text.
DOTS, turned inward
The framework we run with corporates, applied to your own work.
For leaders who'll lead the AI conversation. Not be led by it.
Right fit if you…
- Run a function or business unit and own outcomes.
- Want to lead the AI conversation, not be led by it.
- Can commit 4 hours a week for 8 weeks.
- Are comfortable being challenged by peers.
Probably not for you if you…
- Are looking for technical training: there's no code in this room.
- Need a certificate more than capability.
- Can't make consistent time week-to-week.
Within three weeks of working with the Accelerator X team, I began to feel genuinely excited about my business again for the first time in years.
The six questions cohort applicants ask.
-
I don't have 4 hours a week.
Then this isn't the right time. The 4 hours aren't negotiable: they're the minimum to keep pace with the cohort and show up for your peers. If your diary genuinely won't flex for 8 weeks, apply for the next cohort when the timing is better.
-
Will my company expense this?
Most cohort members expense this or put it through professional development budgets. At £3,500, it sits under many L&D thresholds without board approval. We can provide an invoice addressed to your company and a one-page brief on what the programme covers.
-
What if a competitor of mine applies?
We vet every application with this in mind. If we identify a conflict at application stage, we'll flag it with both parties before confirming either place. Once a cohort is confirmed, every member has signed off on the non-competing composition.
-
Can my whole team join?
No: this is a director/function-owner programme designed for the person who owns the AI agenda, not their team. If you want to bring AI capability across a whole team or organisation, our Company Enablement track is designed for that.
-
What if I miss a session?
We ask you not to. Eight weeks, four hours: that's the commitment. If something unavoidable comes up, we'll share the session recording. But the peer value is live, and you can't replay a room.
-
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes: no value, no payment. You get two full sessions and the resources are yours to keep; if it's not for you, tell us before the third and you owe nothing. There's also a pre-cohort interview (a 1:1 with a founder) before we confirm your place, so we only proceed if it's a genuine fit on both sides.
Next cohort, summer 2026. Limited places.
If you've read this far, you should apply. Worst case, we say no, and you've spent 5 minutes.
